I’m Gustavo Azevedo. Or Guga. A Brazilian music journalist, radio/podcast producer, and content professional who has always moved between music, culture, and storytelling. I’ve worked in newsrooms, radio, streaming platforms, agencies, and global companies… always trying to understand how stories take shape, create impact, and stay with people.

I’m based in Barcelona since 2025.

Grande Escape is my open studio: a space to experiment, document, and keep independent music journalism alive in the way that has always made sense to me.

Here, I organize the chaos like this:

– Field Notes: Shows & Soundscapes_ documenting live shows, reactions, scenes, and sonic landscapes on YouTube;

– Writing_ featuring pieces on music, culture, memory… and the work I do in content marketing (strategy, ops, digital accessibility, podcasting, UX writing… my portfolio lives here).

It’s a timeless diary where music and content meet to be read, seen, and heard.
